Music & Worship
FBCBORO’s Music & Worship Ministry is led by passionate worship leaders and talented musicians, we come together to sing, pray, and connect with the divine in a way that speaks to our hearts. Korean Ministry
At FBCBORO, our Korean Ministry is a vibrant and welcoming community where individuals of Korean heritage come together to worship, fellowship, and grow in faith. Led by Pastor Taek Kang and leaders who understand the unique needs and cultural background of our community, our ministry provides a nurturing environment where Korean families and individuals can feel at home.
Counseling
Our counseling ministry is like a comforting embrace during life’s toughest moments. Led by caring and understanding counselors, we offer a safe place where you can share your struggles, fears, and hopes without fear of judgment. Whether you’re facing personal challenges, relationship issues, or dealing with grief and loss, we’re here to listen, support, and walk alongside you on your journey.
Sunday School Groups
Sunday School groups are the entry level to discipleship, consisting of small to medium-sized groups of all ages that meet weekly on Sunday mornings. These groups help a large church like ours to remain small. By connecting with others in a Sunday School class, you build solid friendships that last a lifetime.
Midweek Groups
Making disciples who make disciples is the nucleus of First Baptist Church Statesboro. Jesus said, “Follow me and I will make you fishers of men” (Matthew 4:19) and “Go therefore and make disciples” (Matthew 28:19). Clearly, this was no invitation to participate in a program but a call to a lifestyle of following Jesus who then helps others do the same. At FBCBORO, we practice this lifestyle in small Discipleship Groups.
Weekday Preschool
Our weekday preschool program is more than just a place for children to learn and grow – it’s a nurturing and loving environment where young hearts and minds blossom. Led by caring and experienced teachers, our preschool provides a safe and fun space where children can explore, play, and discover the wonders of God’s creation.
Nursing Ministry
The church nurse is available as a resource for you and your family as you face challenges such as chronic and acute illness, injury, hospitalization, transitional care, and general non-emergent medical concerns.
American Heritage Girls
